I recommend using the fish leftovers which can take the shape of “mini nigiri” that are rounded and appetizing.

  • You will need cellophane rolls where you place the fish slice.
  • Form a small ball of rice and place it on top of the fish.
  • Wrap the cellophane around it while pressing gently and twist it clockwise :)
  • Carefully remove the cellophane… et voila!
